If your Volunteer Center has enabled time-tracking, you can record the hours you spend volunteering in VS. Volunteer hours are logged for either Agencies or opportunities, and Agencies will review and approve the hours you claim.
To log volunteer hours for an Agency or opportunity:
Log in to your volunteer account (see Logging in to Your Volunteer Account for instructions, if needed).
Click the myHome link at the top of the page if the myHome page is not already displayed.
Find the Your Hours section at the top of your myHome page and click the Log Hours link.
Locate the Agency or opportunity you would like to log hours for using the search tools provided.
Enter the number of volunteer hours you are claiming using one of the tracking tools provided and click Okay.
The hours will be submitted to the Agency for approval. You can review your volunteer-hours log by clicking the View your history link in the Your Hours section of your myHome page.
