You can write a reflection on your experience volunteering with an Agency. Volunteer reflections allow you to review and “journal” on your experience, provides Agencies and Administrators with valuable feedback, and helps other volunteers decide if they would like to volunteer with the Agency as well. Reflections are reviewed by Administrators before they are posted in VS.
To write a volunteer reflection:
If the Agency you would like to write the reflection for is not already displayed on your screen, find it in VS. You can click the Agencies link at the top of the page (whether you are logged into VS or not) to display a list of Agencies to help you find the one you are looking for.
Display the full text of the Agency listing. If the listing is displayed in summary format, click the name of the Agency or the more link at the end of the summary to display the full listing.
Click the Add Reflection link in the Agency Listing section on the right side of the page.
Fill in the information requested in the Web form to create your reflection and click Finish.
An Administrator will review your reflection before it is posted in VS; this may take a few days.
