Administrators are responsible for managing their Volunteer Center’s VS account so as to ensure its smooth operation and a positive user experience for volunteers and Agencies. As an Administrator, you will use VS primarily to:
Manage Agencies, opportunities, and volunteers;
Respond to Agency and volunteer requests for help;
Publicize volunteer opportunities and community events;
Solicit Agency and volunteer feedback using surveys; and
Generate reports on site activities and impact.
VS offers a high degree of flexibility and customization to help you incorporate it into your Volunteer Center’s operations, online presence, and marketing efforts. It also features optional add-in modules that can help your Agencies solicit donations and recruit board members, as well as allow you to collect donations online and respond effectively to large-scale crises in your community.
